Worked on the aft inspeciton cover plate nut installtion. picked up a #29 drill bit and drilled the cover with the skin. I'm considering useing a 507 screw (flush mount) instead of the 526 type. I don't see why this is not called out. The pan heads will be ugly. The flush screws will provide adiquate holding and be smooth. This is a non structural component.
