Finally completed the manufacture of the Flange for the F 814B ribs. This was a big screw up if you ask me. Vans construction manual states to use the 814A to match drill the 814B and the B rib already has holes punched. So they don't line up and the parts they have are not made without holes. Big problem and I called and Vans was not helpful at all. They said I screwed up by not looking ahead to make sure everything matched. Vans needs to rewright the manual. The pics below show the new flanges and then how they match to the spar and finally the components all clecoed together. Man what a pain.
