Drilled the holes for the F806 C & D bars. Using the F806 channel as a template I clamped the assymbly together and drilled F806C in several places. I then clamped F806 D to the asymble and drilled all the pieces as a unit. This kept everything nice and in allignment. I created the F806E spacer blocks from 1 1/2 X .25 bar stock. I need to debur all the frames and floor brace so I can fit all the components for the floor together and mount the aileron manual trim kit.
