Brief Description: fitting trim system and horizontal stabilizer
After sanding off the thick coating of epoxy pain on the carry through tube, it was much simplier to fit the horizontal stabilizers. Trimming the trim tubes to length.
Trim Tab -- made up some 0.500" ID (to slip over the trim tabs 0.550" OD tubing). Everything on the plane can be done to 1/8" of an inch. I wanted spacers with just 0.010" clearance, so the one time I get to use my surface plate and heigh gauge. OVERKILL! Just cut with a tubing cutter and file to 'little loose'...
