Years back I made up some "drill bushings" on the lathe. Years later they still come in handy. Basicall OD matches the taped bolt hole. ID is a #30 drill. Slip the guide into the tapped hole from underneath, drill with 6" drill. Finish hole with a unibit drill. Oh, hole looks odd (look to the left of the tube notch). Plastic from the back side is poking through. Yes I laid out all my panels on the back... which has a nice protective coating.
