Brief Description:  floor panels

Few more floor details. Area for elevator cable pass through, I bent the floor up. There is a top hat for this area to cover the opening. Image 1. Template in photo one shows the contruction paper template with bends. Note white plastic on bottom of the aluminum floor board, so the bend up on the left piece is visible. Also shown are three handy floor tools. Dremel tool with 60 grit drum, about 1/4" diameter. Nibbler (yellow handle). "V" scraper for deburring two sides at once. Cut sheets, deburr. Nibble around tubing. Clean up nibble with sanding drum. Took a while to realize how to trim quickly!Image 2 shows the brake, with the apron removed. Just pointing out why my "tunnel hat" seems a little wide, is to allow for it to have a hat shape.Image 3 shows a simple test piece. Marked line 0.500" from end (under brake). Bend ends up adding 0.068" (approx 2x the 0.032" material). Outside measurement is right at 0.600". Writing this down, and keeping next to brake is a good memory jog. Just need to write on the template what bends to do first, second, third, fourth!
