Started with a #3 tip, too large! Switched to a #1, too small. Finally found my #2 Meco tip hidding under things. I have a "fish" from Tinman Technologies for holding the tips and acts like a wrench, highly recommended. Even better when you put tips back.
MISTAKE: Minor on, but not a lot of room toward the back of the skylight. Trim cable need to pass through this area, but rear mount is 1/16" too low to slip in a guide tube for a 3/4" delrin pass through. Aileron cable will also pass same area. Simple delrin spacer will be used.
Adding additional tab for future items.
Trimmed rear pulley bolt/supports. If left too long, bolt head pokes through the fabric. Trick is to trim them flush without damaging anything. A step drill works nicely if in 1/8" steps as 1/4" inside is not changed, but outside diameter shortened.
