After trying my luck at hot wire cutting foam, I relaized I need to find a better way to create a fiberglass mold. I ended up ordering a PLA printed part created from the 3D model I had. I order through a place called Treatstock. This is a platform for various suppliers to to provide cost and delivery for 3D printed parts in different materials.
- Received the printed (PLA) air box in the mail - Used the printed part as a mold to layup the first layer of fiberglass
