Brief Description:  Fluting the horizontal stabilizer ribs.

I had to read up on how to use the fluting tool. Many of the sites with videos showed tha you start in one end and flute jut a bit until the far ende just comes up a little bit. I tried that and it seemed to work, but then wasn't too sure if I over-fluted the rib since I didn't get it quite as flat as I liked.
It seems that the method in the videos is more for a longer rib such as a wing rib (fortunately we won't have to deal with that with the quick-build version!). The other ribs I tried to simply flute the highest part that was bowed up the most off the flat table. That seemed to do the trick. A whole bunch of pinches isn't really needed after all, just a few where needed to keep it fairly flat.
