Brief Description: Countersink the HS-710 and HS-714 holes.
I first started by drilling a couple holes into some scrap aluminum from Boeing which was also a "learning" piece as you can see by practice rivets. I drilled a #30 hole and by trial and error, set the depth of the countersink cage. I drilled a little at a time until the dimple of the HS-702 fit neatly with a flush even surface. Then did the real countersink in the HS-710 and 714 parts. When fastening with the cleko, it had a good tight seam between the sheet and the spar beam.
Practice to set the countersink tool. (Thanks Boeing!)
