Brief Description: Fitting spars and enlarging holes.
After breaking edges and rounding the ends, it's time to fit the two HS-603PP spars into the front spar HS-702. I used clekos in every third hole since it had a good fit and drilled the #30 holes between the spars and the main spar. Then moved the clekos on hole to the right and did the rest of the holes. The HS-707 rib will fit behind the 8th hole from the end of the spar, but it takes a #19 hole. So to prevent a problem of a miss-drilled hole, I documented the spar itself to prevent a problem. Distractions halfway through a "measure, count, and re-meaure" could lead to an unfortunatel incident involving a drill. I'll be "idiot proofing" all my work - so get used to it. Next I placed the HS-413PP and HS-412PP hinges into the spar with clekos and they are ready now for the #30 drilling.
