Brief Description:  Attaching the trim tab hinge to elevator.

I was slighty worried about getting the trim tab hinge lined up straight. I had some problems with my hinge on the Van's tool box practice kit sine that one was mis-algned and didn't open smoothly.
Fortunately, the trim tab worked well! first I clamped it in place leaving enough space between the tab outboard end and the elevator notch. It all linesd up evenly, indicating I put this thing together straight!
Manual says use a straight edge to match the tab with the trailing edge. I used a scrap board resting on top of the trailing edge. I clamped it in place, mesured a few times, then drilled the holes for the hinge.
Van's says to check the tab at this point to see if it's alinged with the trailing ege, if not give it a good twist and clamp it. Ours looked great, so notthing esle needed.
Once that was straight, clamp the tabs an move on to the next step.
