Brief Description: Riveting trim tab spar and trim horn
Assembling the trim tab was fairly easy. The hartest part was simply getting the bucking bar behind the rivet so it could be back-riveted. The control horn for the trim tab servo was close enough to the edge to squeeze the rivets with the pneumantc squeezer for a nice riveting job. Next was the back riveting the spar to the skin. Holding the bucking bar behind the skin with a few fingers was kind of a tight fit, but it worked well. I didn't have to remove any of the rivets, so that made it even faster to deal with. Once done, I did have only one mis-aimed rivet dent on one end, but nothing severe - and it would be on the bottom of the tab and not seen.
