Brief Description: Riveting the right elevator skeleton.
When you do it correctly, eveything does fit nicely together and holes line up! After the primer was dry I could assemble the spar/rib skeleton. It all lined up well, but I did have to bend the flange of the rib a little bit to get a nice hole alignment on the elevator horn. That wa easily done with the seamer to tighten the fold just a little and get the holes lined up for the horn. Also, notice the photo - this is where the machine countersunk holes SHOULD be - on the rear part of the spar.
Countersunk holes in the proper part this time - the spar.
Some riveting, and the skeleton is about ready for skinning.
