Brief Description:  Gluing the rudder trailing edge with the ProSeal.

When I ordered the replacement left elevator rib and spar, I also put in an order for a tube of ProSeal. I got a tube that was definitely more than I needed, but probably better to have too much than not enough when doing this rather than risk running out before it's done.
The stuff mixed up very easily. Kind of cool how that worked. Pull out a stick and shove it in the shaft to release the catalyst compound. Pull it out, then pump the thing 50 times to mix it up well. I then squeezed it out using a caulking gun.
I don't have photos of the process itself since I didn't want to risk getting gunk all over my iPhone taking photos. That stuff is STICKY! Kind of the thickness of non-chunky peanut butter, but much messier.
I squeezed it on each side of the wedge piece and smeared it even with a scrap of alumimum used like a knife (it was just one of my mis-cut elevator stiffeners).
I then cleckoed it all back on the alumimum angle iron piece and verified it was all as tight as I could get it. Then the whole thing sat outside on the hot tub cover for about a week for a good tight gluing.

A view down the line shows a nice straight and tight fit. Let it sit for a week.
