Brief Description: Countersink the rudder counterweight.
The lead counterweight needs to fit tighly against the rib, so it needs to have a couple countersinks around the holes. Easy to do, I just used the countersink tool for the #10 hole with the 100 degree angle for the sink. Just chewed away a little at a time until the screw head fit flush in the hole. Later, I found that I had to go just a little deeper to get a nice fit to get the rib dimple to fit well. More on that later.
