Brief Description: First assembly of the rudder skelelton for fitting
This step all the parts are clekoed to the spar for final drilling and fitting. It takes a little part juggling to get the shim, spar, rudder horn and the rib clekoed in place. The R-405PD rudder horn needs to be ground down on the upper half to get a good fit between the R-904 rib. It took a few tries to get it ground down enough to get a flat fit against the flange. I found it took a bit of grinding to a nice rounded edge to finally get it fitting nicely against the flange.
