A few days ago I missed a hole measurement and did the common screw up of cutting one of the stiffeners too short. Van's sent the new one for $7, and it arrived today. About 2 days to get here, great customer service Van's! The E-720L should be trimmed off at 2 inches from the second to last hole. Foolish me, I forgot there was a hole there that wasn't drilled, and ended up with a too short piece.
So the familiar process: - Line up holes - Tirm - Grind - Cleko - Drill #40 - Deburr - Dimple
About 45 minutes to have it all ready to go. Onward to the next step!
