Brief Description: Drilled cowl to Skybolt strips

Drilled the top cowl to the Skybolt strips. Initially using 3/32 clecos. Rough trimmed the bottom cowl, but ran out of time to do the final fitting and drilling. Everything seems to be fitting fine. Oops, I just jinxed myself...
