Deburred all the nose struts. The fine grade grinding wheel is becoming my favorite tool for deburring edges of large pieces. I never had any luck with the small butterfly deburring tool.This shows the initial horizontal stabilizer skins prior to any drilling, deburring,priming, clecoing,etc.Spar in picture 2 is already primed.#3 shows the skins going together around the ribs for initial alignment.
