The tail of the rudder is set up then prosealed to help with final alignment. Scuba tank and dive belt weghts make a great pressure to hold together for a couple of days while the pro seal sets.I'm really pleased with how straight the tail edge of the rudder came out. I followed Tim Olson's suggestion of alternating rivets from each side. Since each rivet creates a teeny bit of pull, alternating them seems to help in keeping the alignment straight. Other than that, followed Van's suggestion of every 10th rivet, setting them part way at first, etc.Had three or four smiley rivets. Decided I didn't want to leave any unnecessarily sloppy work so they were drilled out and redone. Turns out small rivets are pretty easy to remove.Front of rudder closed out and a part done!Starting to seriously plan ordering fuselage and wing parts.
