I drilled out the rudder. No big problems here. I had to clamp the R716 to the bottom rib, but it fit perfectly. The only "difficult" problem was getting the rudder horn and R710 and the bottom rib linked up together.
Time to take it all apart and prime it. I have a new two-part epoxy coming in that Beercan recommended. I am worried about my lungs though; I may buy a forced air respirator.
