Brief Description: Attaching the Elevator and Stab
I have been trying to strech out the work on the plane since I will have several months until my Wing kit arrives and I am almost finished with the tail section. Today I restrapped the top skin around the stab and reinstalled the clecos. Next I carefully aligned and centered the elevator on the stab and marked the location and pitch of the rivet line. Then I drilled and clecoed the elevator panio hinge to the horizontal stabilizer. Next I drilled the holes to their final size and then removed the elevator and deburred the holes.
