Brief Description: Began work on horizontal stablizer
Cut out the horizontal attachment plate using cut-off disks on the Dremel tool and filed to final shape. I found marking to be one of my hardest tasks, but as Nick Heintz said, it doesn't matter where you mark it as long as your drill it in the right spot. I will have to get some Acetone to clean up the mismarks in the future. I laid out, drilled and clecoed the upper and lower spar doublers. I will come back and redrill the holes to their final size later.
