Cut the lead weight block to shape per plans to form the left and right Aileron counterbalances. Used the drill press to match drill the weights to the Counterbalance Plates for each Aileron. Attached the weights using the hardware that the plans call for. I did not balance the Ailerons at this time because I have not determined if my plane will have a paint scheme or not. Balancing will be done at a later date.
