- Not a lot to say, just a lot of work: Deburred, scuffed with maroon Scotch-Brite, edges deburred using 3M Cut & Polish Wheel and Light Deburring Wheel on grinder, then dimpled. - Belt sander was used where cut-out parts required more agressive deburring of tool marks before using deburring wheels. - Spar Doublers required the use of files to cleanup inside radius stamp tooling marks. Small 3M polishing wheels mounted on die grinders could also have been used to debur inside curves.
