Brief Description: Glued elevator trailing edge and trim ribs
Scuffed and degreased the parts which will receive the tank sealant. First contact with the dreaded tank sealant. Had the tank sealant in the tube. The mixing was tedious. Applied a coat of tank sealant to the elevator trailing edge. Very messy work. Clecko'ed the trailing edge together, with an aluminium angle as a straight edge. By the time I turned to gluing the trim tab ribs, the sealant started to cure already. Maybe made a mistake in doing this solo, would have been probabely better to wait for my building partner to return from the business trip. Ah well. Set the remaining rivets on the trim tab. All finished there, just waiting for the tank selant to dry.
