Brief Description: Aligned right elevator control horn
Matchdrilled several holes in the right elevator bottom spar to #30 for pop rivet installation. Thanks to the thin yoke, quite some rivets can be reached through the bearing cut-outs. Clecko'ed the spar and root rib to the outside of the skin and aligned the elevator horn: Clamped an aluminium angle to the tube of the horn and used that to align the horn to the centre of the spar. Worked surprisingly well. Deburred all the holes and edges of the spar and the root rib. Deburred all the holes in the right elevator skin.
Next: Dimpling the root rib, spar and skin. Or rivetting the rudder if the replacement part for the squeezer finally arrives.
