Dimpled all elevator stiffeners. Prepared both tip- and counterbalance ribs: Adjusted flanges, fluted ribs, fitted to both the counterbalance skin and elevator skin. Matchdrilled the tip- and counterbalance rib together (both sides). Bevelled both counterbalance skins and matchdrilled the counterbalance skins to the ribs (tip- and counterbalance). Deburred both tip- and counterbalance ribs and both counterbalance skins.
