Brief Description: Control Surface Zip Tie Direction change.

I changed the direction of control surface zip ties from what the plans call for. This way the zip tie head is inside the skin. Much better finished look this way.

Avoid the rivet with th ezip tie.

Zip Tir head on the inside.
