Began repeating all the tasks in preparing the right elevator that included the E-702 spar that was replaced. The reinforcement plates were clecoed and drilled to the main spar. The end rib and counterbalance ribs were clecoed and drilled to the spar, The root rib was clecoed and drilled to the spar. The right elevator skin was and elevator horn were clecoed and drilled to the spar. The skin was match drilled to the understructure. The spar was removed from the structure and the countersinks were added to the holes that attach the spar to the root rib. The spar was deburred using the wheel, countersink tool (for holes) and a scotchbrite pad, and dimpled and is ready for priming. The end rib and countersink rib were deburred and are ready for dimpling.
