Moving on to the skinning of the rudder control surface. The blue plastic protective film is a pain in the rear end to peel off, spent 20 minutes on the inside and outside of the sheet metal skin taking it off. Started deburring the long edges of the skin, the double edge deburring tool I bought from Avery Tools is the best money spent for the long edges of the sheet metal. Still have the holes to deburr before riveting the skin in place.
