I had Bill help me with ripping the plywood down into 1 1/4" strips. Enough to make all the gussets for two wings. I hope.
I also made a jig to help with cutting the little wedges for the trailing edge of the rib. Once I got it set up on the band saw it worked great. Cut all the wedges in about 30 minutes. After about 2 hours of figuring out the jig. LOL.
