Spent the day cutting out the little stop blocks that fit around the cap strips and webs. I also made the little circular "cam" locks to hold the members against the blocks. The acetate drawing on top of the white melamine worked great to align the blocks and nail them down. I used a Porter Cable 1" brad nailer.
I also started fabricating the first webs.
Now on to installing the clamps to hold down the gussets.
