Brief Description: Worked on Rib Jig

After experimenting with the 2" x 2" tubing for the metal jig clamps, I determined that the clamps would be too small. Off to the metal supplier to purchase larger tubing. I purchased 3" x 3" x 48" tube and 4" x 4" x 48" tube to experiment with. Brought the tubes home and wacked off a couple of pieces. After looking at the rib plan and where I could install the clamps, it became clear that I would have to fashion the clamps from the 4 x 4" tubing.
