Layed out the hole locations for the main aileron spar. Hinge holes for AN4 bolts were drilled with a 1/4" Forstner bit. The the aileron horn holes for AN3 bolts were transferred to the spar with a hole transfer punch and then drilled with a new 3/16" Brad Point drill bit. The holes in the aileron horn mounting base were undersized, so were reamed to 3/16".
