Today I completed the root wing attach assemblies/SNX-W11-06. These required what Sonex calls a "tight-fit' hole for the bolts. I accomplished this by up-drilling the 3/16" holes in increments of 1/64" drill up to size 15/64" - just shy of 1/4". I then finished by reaming the holes with a 0.2470 reamer. This seemed to work well as it required a few wacks with a hammer to get the bolts in the holes.
