Brief Description: made parts #SNX-F16-09 & #SNX-F22-05
I made parts #SNX-F16-09 (upper forward cross tie) and #SNX-F22-05 (aft angle) today. The only things difficult with these parts was creating a 1/8" radius on the edges of the cross tie and drawing out the large 3/4" radius on the aft angle.
I used a fret file I had from guitar making that had an approximate 1/8" radius to it. I first filed a radius by sight to a rough dimension, then finished it off with the fret file. For the 3/4" radius, I made a template out of a thin piece of wood that I cut a hole in using a 1 1/2" hole saw. This provided the 3/4" radius template for laying out the part.
