Brief Description: Parts SNX-F13-03L/R & SNX-F13-06L/R
I finished part #'s SNX-F13-03L/R (upper longerons) and made SNX-F13-06L/R (lower longerons) today. I remade the part I mis-drilled previously. After drilling all of the pilot holes, I moved to the milling machine to cut the oblong holes and long slots. I think I'm getting a handle on the milling machine - it is turning out to be a valuable tool for building my Sonex.
I also made the lower longeron parts today too. These went well, as there were fairly easy angles to cut and only pilot holes to drill - no slots in these parts. I triple-checked my measurements this time as I did not want to make the same mistake I previously made.
