Looking at torque tubes in both wings since they didn't seem to match. Determined that tubes aren't drilled and attached so can be slid and rotated to the desired position. Also determined that the reinforcing inserts were installed per the plans (the factory missed doing that until recently). I did this by sliding a large nail head first into the end of the torque tube and feeling for the other end of the insert in the expected location.
