Brief Description: Dissasembled Horizontal for replacement front spar
Dissasembled horizontal stabilizer to replace the damaged front spars from over dimpling. Also, preping for the SB kit parts to be installed at final assembly of the Horizontal stabilizer. When i ordered the SB kit for the empennage, i also purchased the 2 rib that would have to be modified from the original. The 2 additional ribs are now furnished in the new tail kits as regular assembly parts. They have been manufactured to the new dimensions required. Picture 2 shows the new forward stabilizer and the 2 inboard ribs in place to be match drilled and dimpled. picture 3 shows the doubler plates from the SB kit installed along with the forward spars and inboard ribs.
