Brief Description:  Rear throttle quadrant pushrod and mounting plate

Received the rear seat throttle mounting plate and pushrod forked clevis ends. Cut the pushrod to length and realized the 5/16 tubing inside is the same as an an3 bolt. the clevis ends are for a an3 bolt size. Decided to use same size 3" length bolts with the head cutoff and use JB weld to attach them as all threads inside the ends of the 5/16 tubing. All went well and I know the pull strength of the JB weld is around 2800 lbs. However, just for insurance, I drilled and installed a rivet in each end thru the all thread just to be sure. 2nd picture is of the mounting plate for the rear throttle supplied by Vans. I'm using the mate to the Delux throttle quadrant and will have to modify the mount for the different type. Only had to shim the inside of the mounting plate with washers after drilling for the throttle to give the right side distance. All fits really well. the other per plans installation instructions were ease to follow and worked out.
