Brief Description:  Rudder/brake pedals

As per plans, I used a brake hone to clean out the slide bar opening to allow the mounting bar to slide freely on the pedal assembly. Installed slide blocks on each end of pedal main frame assembly. I used the same honing procedure on the pedal shaft openings on the pedal frames. Installed and drilled the slide blocks and bolted in place. Removed the main forward and aft mounting tube assembly and marked for pedal adjustment holes to be drilled. Reassembled slide tube and used the pin locking opening to drill the adjustment holes. Dissasembled an deburred all holes along with rehoning for smooth action of pedal adjustment mounting bar. I changed from the supplied pedals to a more machined type that has been power coated as well as having a slip resistent coating in black.Attached the slide stop colar on the rear of the slide bar assembly and riveted in place. Then installed the front mount and drilled for locking bolt.
