Been busy at work and was on vaccation. I am glad to be back in the shop working on the plane. tonight I finished up countersinking the other spar for the #8 screws. Same process as before.....cleco jig on, clamp, remove clecos, and countersink.
After I finished up with the last #8 countersink I built a jig to countersink the #6 screw holes. I drilled the #6 holes with a #28 drill bit and I will use a #30 countersink bit.
