Brief Description: More photos of the Milloway glare shield
Here are some more photos of the Milloway glare shield fitting and installation. The fitting was pretty complex. I had to hold it in place and notch out small recesses for the support tubes. The shield fit just about perfectly and needed virtually no cutting, trimming, sanding or fitting at all. Joel includes directions and a page of photos with the shield. The instructions are simple and clear, and the photos are the same.
One thing that I noticed is that this modification significantly improves the space behind the instrument panel. Placing the gauges, radios etc is much simplified as you do not really have to avoid any of the structure behind the panel as you do when using the stock panel.
