Back to fitting the trim strip for the windshield lower front edge. I laid out the screw holes for the trim strip, then drilled and de-burred them. Sean assisted for a while. We carefully aligned the trim strip, then drilled through the boot cowl and cleco'd the strip into place. It fits nice and snuggly against both the windscreen and the bootcowl.
I have to do some additional trimming at the aft ends of the strip to match the two trim strips that run along the door posts.
