Brief Description: Shape and trim to weight- aileron couter weights
The counter weights have to be trimmed and shaved down to acheive the precise balance called for in the manual. This involves a lot of trial fitting, trimming, re-fitting, re-trimming etc. Once close, the weights must be drilled and the screw, washer and nut included in the balance checks.
