With Mike's assisting we assembled the right wheel/brake unit. Once the tire is on the wheel, the rotor unit is attached using spacers that move the rotor inboard sufficiently to allow clearance for the wider, larger tire. The allen-head bolts holding the rotor in place need to be safety-wired in place. Unfortunately, the allen-head bolts are at the bottom of the rotor dish and very difficult to safety wire. This took several attempts.
