The rear headliner had to be removed and installed approx. 20 times, to continously form fit, trim, file and sand many peices in order to acheive a comfortable fit. As the alloy is very thin, each time it is removed from the airplane, it is very easy to dent. I was going to have this peace powder coated, however will cover it in fabric to hide blemishes, and assist with sound deadedning. So far, this has been the most complex and frustrating piece to assemble - may others simply cover this area with fabric and paint.
