I cut the rest of the sub-panels and filed the edges smooth. I made 2 sets and will cut the Avionics holes in the not so perfect set first for practice and then in the better looking set. If I don't screw up the good set, I will then cut the other set to use on the inside of the fiberglass as a backer for the nut plates.
